As we begin, we join in a partnership based on trust and accountability.  I trust you will give your all to, and be accountable for, achieving your goal(s).  You trust I will do my very best to assist you and be accountable for doing so.  Therefore, there is little desire for a lengthy contract of "legalese" to define our respective roles.  These basics suffice:

1. I agree to be reasonably available to you during business hours (at the very least) in the U.S. Mountain Time Zone (GMT-07:00), unless notice is given.  We mutually agree to work diligently on the coaching process during and between sessions.  As such, we both agree to be completely prepared for each session, by having all pertinent tasks or homework completed and ready for presentation.

2. We agree to mutually honor each other's time and schedules.  Notice of at least 24 hours will be given if either of us cannot keep an appointment.  Failure to do so by you will result in a charge for the meeting.  Failure to do so by me will result in no charge to you for our next meeting.

3. A minimum 3-month commitment by both of us is required.  This ensures we both are serious about working with each other (even through the ups and downs of the process) and about achieving the goal(s) you will determine as we proceed.

4. Payment of at least the first 3 months fees is required at the end of our first coaching session.  Any testing or assessments that we decide would be beneficial may be at additional cost, depending on the plan you've chosen.  If at the end of our first session, you are not satisfied with the coaching you've received, you will owe nothing (for that session or any more).  We will agree to part amicably.

5. If, at any time, either of us has a question about the other or the process, we will ask it promptly.  If, at any time, either of us is not satisfied with the progress of the coaching, we will make that known promptly to the other so corrective action may be discussed.

A signed copy of this agreement will be sent or given to you prior to our first session.  Please sign it yourself and return it to me.  Thanks.

Now, let's begin the exciting process!
